Have been doing some research on Vung Tau, it is right by the water and is a resort town. I found this wonderful photo to share, and then discovered that it is on other blogs as well....There are Vung Tau orphanage photos on other blogs too and am hoping to connect to those soon....for now I continue to wait for that important phone call......
