or should I say a little dragonfly told me....that those in front of me in the line are getting referrals so my intuition has been telling me it is close...so hopefully will be able to report that my intuition is right....sooooooo....

Catherine, thanks for the offer of photos and do hope that I'll know if it is still Vung Tau 3 where my child will be from...that is what I was told a few weeks ago but so was another family, who ended up not getting a referral from Vung Tau after all... I did ask the agency this question, whether I will still get a referral from where they thought, but they have not gotten back to me!!..so i wait....
